The Alberta Food Drive has been conducting a door-to-door food drive in Fort Saskatchewan every autumn since 2011. 

This year, between September 21st and 23rd, bags will be delivered to single-family homes

If you receive a bag, then on Saturday, September 24th, volunteers will be back starting at 10 AM, to pick up your non-perishable food donations. (No cash or cheques please – we can’t process them.)

Please make sure your donation is sitting on your doorstep by 10 AM where it will be clearly visible from the street. Everything picked up will be taken to the Fort Saskatchewan Food Bank.

Our volunteers try our hardest to get back to all the houses where we delivered bags – but if no one has picked up your donation bag by 1:30 that afternoon, please send us an email at info@albertafooddrive.com to arrange a special pickup.

This is a 100 percent volunteer effort, but it all comes down to your generosity. Thank you so much!
